Rosemin Nathoo,
MA, CCC, RP Qualifying

I am a community mental health therapist based in Inuvik, Northwest Territories. Through the Resolve Trauma Collective, I offer virtual therapy with flexible scheduling to clients across much of Canada. I work with adults navigating mood challenges, complex trauma, and emotional stress. I also bring lived and clinical experience working with neurodiversity, LGBTQ+ communities, and addictions.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and responsive. I draw on somatic, cognitive, mindfulness, existential, and relational approaches, and I don’t believe there is a single right way to do therapy. Instead, I work with clients to co-create a therapeutic experience that fits who they are, what they’re carrying, and what they are hopeful for.

I am committed to understanding the whole person, rather than focusing only on symptoms. In our work together, I consider the mind and body, personal history, values, motivations, and the broader systems and environments that shape a person’s experiences and strengths. I aim to offer a thoughtful, grounded space where clients can feel understood as their full selves.
