Rob Matula,
MA, RCC

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I am committed to creating a warm, welcoming, and genuinely supportive space where people feel heard, respected, and understood; I have worked as a counsellor for over 8 years.

I specialise in career and work-related mental health concerns; I also support clients with career development, stress, depression, anxiety, men’s issues, and the broader challenges that arise across the course of life. Many of the individuals I work with feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about their direction. Together, we explore these experiences with openness and intention, helping clients develop clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of agency in both their personal and professional lives.

I take a client-centred approach that draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Our work focuses on changing the relationship with thoughts and emotions while building a life aligned with what truly matters. I support clients in healing, flourishing, and connecting with the life they value—one guided by purpose, meaning, and authenticity.
