Abigail Dinn, MSW, RSW

Hi, I’m Abigail, a Registered Social Worker based in Alberta. I support individuals navigating trauma, including experiences of sexual violence, exploitation, and complex emotional distress.

My work is rooted in anti-oppressive practice and integrates EMDR, body-based, and expressive approaches. I work collaboratively with clients to explore patterns shaped by past experiences, while supporting the strengthening of regulation and creating space for processing at a pace that feels safe and manageable. We may bring in creative or expressive elements, especially when words don’t quite capture what’s coming up.

I aim to offer a space that is grounded and compassionate, while recognizing that healing often involves difficult and meaningful work. Together, we make sense of your experiences and support your reconnection with you. Whether you’re processing trauma, building new ways of coping, or working toward a greater sense of stability, we move through it at your pace.
