When the same patterns keep showing up, it can feel confusing, exhausting, and discouraging. You might find yourself thinking, “I don’t know why this keeps happening,” as familiar conflicts, body reactions, or moments of feeling stuck keep appearing without explanation. You may be noticing how earlier experiences or trauma are shaping your day-to-day. That curiosity is often where our work begins. My role is to help us slow things down, find a steady pace, and create the kind of safety where real change can take shape.

I feel honoured when people invite me into some of their hardest and most meaningful moments. My background in supporting people with complex trauma has shown me how healing happens in connection with ourselves, with the people who matter, and within the systems that shape our stories. This guides how I show up in the therapy room with steadiness, compassion, and deep respect for your lived experience.

I support people navigating trauma, attachment injuries, anxiety, big emotions, identity confusion, and relationship challenges. Together we make sense of the ways you have learned to cope, explore why certain reactions show up, and find new ways of relating that feel safer and more grounded.

Whether you arrive hopeful, overwhelmed, shut down, or unsure of where to begin, we take things one step at a time. We pay attention to both your body and your story and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been working hard to protect you. As things become safer and less rushed, many people notice a gentle shift: more clarity, more self-compassion, and more room to offer themselves and their loved ones grace.

A little bit about me:

Outside the therapy room, you can usually find me with a snack in hand: chips on road trips, bubble tea on city walks, or candy during long days. I love exploring new places, wandering through local shops, floating in a lake, or heading out for a hike or backpacking trip. When I am not outside, I am probably with my dog, discovering a new restaurant, planning my next getaway, or laughing with the people who make life feel lighter.
