Helene San Pedro,
MA, CCC

Life moves fast — careers, kids, relationships, expectations — and somewhere in the middle of holding everything together, your body starts sending signals you can’t ignore. When stress, grief, or past experiences begin showing up as tension, exhaustion, irritability, or emotional overwhelm, it’s not a personal failure. It’s your system asking for care that supports the whole you.

Most folks that I support are millennial parents and professionals who feel stuck in cycles of burnout, anxiety, or survival mode — especially those who’ve tried to “fix it” with lifestyle changes, "supplements", or sheer willpower. Many of our clients come to me after realizing that their journey isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about understanding how your mind, heart, and body carry your story.

Based in Penticton and supporting folks across British Columbia, I offer trauma‑informed, attachment‑rooted, and somatically grounded therapy in English & Tagalog for individuals & couples.

Our work together is collaborative, compassionate, and deeply human. We create a space where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been stretched thin by caregiving, career pressure, or the weight of old wounds. There are no quick fixes here — just steady, supportive work that helps you build resilience, emotional clarity, and a more grounded relationship with yourself.

If you’re ready to move out of survival mode and into a life that feels more aligned, spacious, and sustainable, I am here to meet you in the moment and walk with you.
